2022 Bicycling Participation Report

How many Americans ride a bike? How often do they ride? Why do they ride? This participation research addresses these questions by standardizing how participation is measured, focusing on bicycling of any kind, by any type of rider, and tracking over time. This report includes findings from every other year between 2014 and 2022.
